New product cybersecurity resources
We have updated the Telemecanique Sensors website to make it easier to report product vulnerabilities, follow security advisories and find cybersecurity instructions and support information. These resources support our implementation of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Our product security program includes security activities throughout design, development and testing, together with vulnerability handling during the product support period.
Report a vulnerability
You can now report suspected vulnerabilities affecting our products or related services to cybersecurity@tesensors.com.
Visit our new Product cybersecurity page to read our vulnerability disclosure policy and learn how we handle security reports. The policy provides the details of our reporting and disclosure process.
We also provide a security.txt file so that other Product Security Incident Response Teams (PSIRTs) and security researchers can quickly find our contact details and disclosure policy.
Stay informed through security advisories
When significant vulnerabilities affect our products, we will publish security advisories on our Product cybersecurity page. These will describe the affected products, the potential impact and the available security updates, mitigations or recommended actions. Bookmark the page to stay informed.
Find product instructions and support information
On our product pages, open Documents & Downloads and select the Cybersecurity section. You will find supplemental cybersecurity instructions and the applicable cybersecurity support information. Please consult these documents for the guidance and support details relevant to your product.
